We needed new plumbing professionally installed under our kitchen sink in September of 2018. Mr. Lamley was kind, fast, and performed excellent work. I highly recommend his services.

I have a faucet that is a single-turn lever, which rotates 90 degrees, with cold pointing up and hot pointing out. The minor change that I would've preferred is for the up position to mean hot and the down position to mean cold. In my mind that correlates well with the temperature - up/hot and cold/down.

Anyway, he was superb and I'm sure I'll be calling him again. Give him a chance for your plumbing needs.

I discovered a leak at 1:30. Contacted Precise Plumbing at 2:08. Got a call back 2 1/2 hours later with an appt. 90 minutes later. Lance is very friendly, polite, and knows his stuff. It only took a couple of minutes to diagnose the problem. He didnt have the right size part in his inventory, so he left and was back within 20 minutes. My appt. was at 6:30 and my problem was fixed by 7:45. I can enjoy my weekend without fear that the leaky pipe will break open and flood my basement. Hopefully I won't have to, but if I do have any future plumbing issues, I'll definitely call Precise Plumbing.

Extremely professional-received a reminder call the night before, the tech (Lance) was on time to the house and he listened, inspected, tested all areas before explaining what was wrong and the estimate. He even showed me other plumbing problems I was never aware of! Lance admitted when he was unable to assist (tankless water heater) yet offered to help me understand any terminology the water heater company might throw at me. Water heater started leaking on Sunday night. Called Lance on Monday morning and he arrived about 12:30pm. He explained the process of replacement and the causes of water heater failure. Our water heater was 20 years old and ready for retirement. We were referred to Precise Plumbing by a co worker of my husband. The problem I had was a leak with 3 possible sources - Larry traced each down and assure each source was correct and non leaking. He verified all at the end to assure non existed. He Gave me a 2 year warranty on his work.

We are replacing a electric oven with a gas oven and needed a gas line extended to the ovens location. Additionally, we needed a hot water shut off valve in the kitchen replaced and the homes water pressure was too high therefore the pressure release valve needed to be replace. Lance came by and gave me what I believed was a extremely fair estimate and said he could to the job the next day. The next day he was right on time, and finished the job in the advertised 4-5 hours. He and his assistant were friendly, courteous, extremely professional. The completed job was very clean and looked like an original installation. Our hot water heater is 16 years old (which is on borrowed time) and I plan on calling Lance when it goes.

Lance did an amazing job for us! We just moved into our home and found a plumbing issue. Lance came in and immediately got to work He identified the blockage as being tile. He had not brought his equipment but ensured me he would be back the following day bright and early. While he was in our home I asked him to fix the gas pipe in the kitchen to fit our stove. He had that fixed in 15 minutes with no problem. The next day he showed up early and fixed the blockage. Afterwards I asked him to take a look at a few other things in our home. Lance called immediately after I submitted the Home Advisor search. He came to the house within a few hours of our speaking, arriving early. We had hoped to repair the hot water heater but he said there was a leak inside and it had to be replaced. He helped us select the best one for our needs and arrived the next morning to install it. Had hot water again within an hour. Hopefully all is well!

Lance was a professional and performed it as such. The workmanship was excellent. He explained how to keep yearly maintenance on the WH and went over the gas pilot switch.

I highly recommend his services. I have a faucet that is a single-turn lever, which rotates 90 degrees, with cold pointing up and hot pointing out. The minor change that I would've preferred is for the up position to mean hot and the down position to mean cold. In my mind that correlates well with the temperature - up/hot and cold/down.
